Order was not delivered, terrible customer service. will never order from here again

The customer service with the company is beyond poor. i had emailed them almost a month ago , no answer, texted them on instagram, facebook, shop app and no response. when i got the package and saw that it was missing an items i was very disappointed because i didn’t know if i would even get the item or a refund due to them not answering my first times trying to reach out. the products are great but i would not recommend this company to anyone due to the lack of customer service.
